When your clients are like family, they let you stand on their tables and play with their food. Westmont Bagel has been a beloved client of ours for years. Donna and Pat, the owners, have become like family to us. Is it because they always send us home with bags of bagels that taste like they’re straight outta New York? Maybe. But it’s also because our relationship is built on trust and collaboration that can weather any storm – through location changes, economic strife, a gosh darn pandemic, family hardships – everything. A few years back, Westmont Bagel decided to rebrand. With an ever-expanding menu, they’d become much more than the cafe they started back in 1993, and they wanted their brand to reflect that. We helped them design a new, modern logo with a classic feel that paid homage to their famous homemade boiled bagels.

We wrote a commercial to showcase Westmont Bagel’s absurdly massive menu. We worked with our video production partners to film it, threw some jazz at it, and then released it on their Facebook, where it received over 30k views in one week, got people talking, and increased their customer base.

Through research and testing, we discovered that Westmont Bagel’s clients are most active on Facebook. So, we leveraged this knowledge to build a pay-per-click ad campaign driven by video content. By featuring the delicious food and friendly atmosphere that Westmont Bagel is known for, we’ve helped them connect with even more customers on social media.
