Picture this: there’s this home developer named Steve. Steve builds custom dream homes, has a bit of an obsession with the Property Brothers from HGTV, and wants to get creative with his marketing. So what do we do? We team up with him and get really creative with his marketing strategy and online presence to give people an authentic look behind the scenes of Harbaugh Custom Homes.

We kicked things off with a brand identity video that really captured the spirit of Harbaugh Custom Homes and took viewers through their 4-step process of building a custom beach home. To prepare for this, we spent a lot of time with Steve and his team at Harbaugh Custom Homes, and we got to know the ins and outs of their business, their process, their personalities, their audience, and their goals. This was easy, because it meant we got to spend a lot of time at the beach with a lot of really passionate and talented people. We teamed up with our production partners to bring this vision to life and strategically released it across Harbaugh Custom Homes’ social channels. It was a huge success, receiving over 15 thousand views.

So we got to work on developing a 4-part digital series that followed the journey of designing and building one of his custom beach homes – through the eyes of clients Joe and Leila. We collaborated with Steve to craft the perfect narrative, and we created opportunities to incorporate the core brands that Harbaugh Custom Homes works with to strategically cross-promote across social channels and allow viewers to meet the hardworking people behind each step of the process. From the initial creative planning down to the music selections in the final cut, we turned a dream into reality.

And it paid off! This series brought an overwhelming response from prospective clients, generated 200,000+ cumulative video views across social channels, and won 3 Telly Awards.

Harbaugh Custom Homes’ original website was getting a bit outdated and needed some love. Our web design team worked their magic to create a website that is modern, refreshing, and user-friendly. Our goal was to create a space for visitors to explore and easily understand all of the steps that Harbaugh Custom Homes takes to create their stunning dream homes. From the moment you land on the homepage, you’re transported into the world of custom beach homes and can easily navigate through all of the important details.

But we didn’t stop there. We had to make it functional! So we focused heavily on the user-experience to make sure that every visitor feels engaged and excited to explore more. We wanted to showcase the passion and dedication that goes into every single Harbaugh Custom Home, and we think we nailed it. We didn’t even need a nail gun.
